A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting aliwin's customer support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding charges will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of account closure are forfeited.
